This is probably about the best book I have seen on parrots and macaws but I don't need it anymore. $4 plus post.

Not all parrots and macaws are as aberrant in behavior as the ones described in this book, but if you are owned by a bird and think YOU have problems, the examples in this book will put things in perspective for you...with a smile. A beautiful book with gorgeous color plates. I think this may be a very valuable book. It is from London, no date but I would guess the 1940s or early 1950s? This extolls the virtues of about 15 breeds of canary and talks about bird shows as well as health and management. Very detailed on captive breeding. Fascinating. $10 plus post is probably a great bargain.
